Next Level IT Solutions is a Jacksonville‑based IT services and managed support provider focused on delivering reliable technology solutions for small and mid‑sized businesses. Their original website didn’t clearly communicate their full range of services, nor did it effectively convey their value as a trusted local partner in technology management, cybersecurity, and ongoing IT support.
For this redesign, our goal was to create a website that clearly communicates Next Level IT Solutions’ expertise, improves user understanding of their services, positions the brand as a strategic technology partner, and supports better lead generation through improved messaging and SEO structure.
We began by analyzing their existing content and identifying areas where users struggled to find key services such as managed IT support, cybersecurity protection, 24/7 monitoring, server and storage management, and compliance assistance. By restructuring the site’s hierarchy and copy, we made it easier for visitors to understand the breadth of solutions they offer.
The redesigned site features clear service descriptions written in user‑focused language that eliminates technical jargon, a more intuitive navigation system that prioritizes key offerings, and strategic SEO‑optimized headings that improve discoverability for relevant search terms. We also strengthened calls to action, making it easier for visitors to request consultations or support directly from every major section of the site.
